We had an amazing experience with Jess Higgs as our realtor! She gave us wonderful advice on how to prepare our house for sale, provided beautiful staging and professional photography that made our home look incredible and was there at any time to answer any question we had. This was our first time selling a house, and Jess was fabulous! She readily put us at ease and was quick to investigate and answer our questions.
